Appointment Setter
Part-Time/On-Site

Verity Partners Group is seeking a detail-oriented, people focused Appointment Setter to help drive new business growth.  In this role, you will be responsible for generating consistent, qualified appointments for our growing sales team by making outbound calls, updating our CRM, and ensuring every opportunity is properly qualified and scheduled.


Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects from our database and other sources.
• Qualify prospects using company standards (size, scope, and fit) before scheduling.
•Set and confirm quality appointments that maximize the Sales Representative’s efficiency.
•Identify opportunities such as relocations, expansions, and new facilities.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and up to date CRM with accurate contact details, notes, and activity history.
•Track all calls and outcomes in real time in CRM. Submit weekly activity/scorecard.
•Follow established sales processes and workflows consistently.
•Support the sales team by sending follow up materials and handling inbound calls, routing them appropriately.


Qualifications
•Prior experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
•Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
•Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
•Organized and detail oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
•Self motivated, reliable, and able to follow a defined process.
