The Verity Partners Group places a premium on security and keeping kids safe. All of our crewmembers, and employees undergo a complete national criminal background check prior to being on your premises. In addition to the background check, crewmembers serving in educational facilities wear Verity-branded shirts, clearly identifying them as an authorized cleaning contractor.

In addition to our own background checks, our crewmembers can be made available to complete any additional safety training, and background certification, which may be required by your individual organization. An example would be the Protecting God's Children initiative administered by the Catholic Church, in which we have routinely taken part.

Schools are also provided with a virtual logbook which helps your facilities manager, account manager, and crew leader to stay in constant contact throughout the day, and our after-hour paging system is available 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. This vital tool is always managed by a Verity Partners Group manager, never a third-party.

The Verity Partners Group has an impressive in-house fleet of floor care machines, which we routinely use to care for the strict requirements of an educational setting. Our machines are meticulously maintained and regularly serviced, which delivers a better result.

In some cases, for various reasons, a school will request that Verity use the school's in-house equipment to complete floor care maintenance. We are able to accommodate this request.

In either case, our Lead Floor Care Technician will work with all crewmembers who will be responsible for operating floor equipment, to make sure they are fully trained to safely and correctly use the machine.

Yes, The Verity Partners Group is available to provide service in your school year-round. In addition to janitorial and day porter services throughout the school year, many of our educational clients utilize our services during the summer months and holiday breaks for floor maintenance projects, day camps, deep cleaning services, limited service in areas where staff will be working, and more. We are always available to discuss your specific needs for the summer term, or holiday breaks, and move forward accordingly.

Conversely, if you prefer, we can also pause your service when school is not in session, returning once classes resume.
