Accepted Answer

Yes, we are very well-versed in accommodating busy school schedules.  Your account manager will work with you to thoroughly review your school calendar and ensure that we can provide service before the next school day.

Additionally, we are able to provide porter/concierge services during your event to make sure students and guests experience an environment that is clean, sanitary, and inviting.

Does Verity offer sanitation and disinfection services to help reduce the spread of germs, and protect in-person instruction?

Accepted Answer

We understand that schools can be a breeding ground for germs, viruses, bacteria, and other unpleasant things.  To help combat this, and make sure that your school remains healthy and ready for instruction, we offer an wide array of sanitation and disinfection services.

Question 3

As a school, security is very important to us, our students, and their parents.  What steps does The Verity Partners Group take to ensure that it is safe for their crews to be in our school?

Accepted Answer

The Verity Partners Group places a premium on security and keeping kids safe.  All of our crewmembers, and employees undergo a complete national criminal background check prior to being on your premises.  In addition to the background check, crewmembers serving in educational facilities wear Verity-branded shirts, clearly identifying them as an authorized cleaning contractor.

In addition to our own background checks, our crewmembers can be made available to complete any additional safety training, and background certification, which may be required by your individual organization.  An example would be the Protecting God's Children initiative administered by the Catholic Church, in which we have routinely taken part.

Schools are also provided with a virtual logbook which helps your facilities manager, account manager, and crew leader to stay in constant contact throughout the day, and our after-hour paging system is available 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.  This vital tool is always managed by a Verity Partners Group manager, never a third-party.

Does The Verity Partners Group use their equipment to care for our floors, or will they use equipment that we own?

Accepted Answer

This depends entirely on your preference.

The Verity Partners Group has an impressive in-house fleet of floor care machines, which we routinely use to care for the strict requirements of an educational setting. Our machines are meticulously maintained and regularly serviced, which delivers a better result.

In some cases, for various reasons, a school will request that Verity use the school's in-house equipment to complete floor care maintenance.  We are able to accommodate this request.

In either case, our Lead Floor Care Technician will work with all crewmembers who will be responsible for operating floor equipment, to make sure they are fully trained to safely and correctly use the machine.

For schools considering purchasing floor equipment to keep at their facility, we can consult with you, connecting you with our vendor partners to make sure you are getting the best machine for your specific goals, along with optimal pricing.

Can The Verity Partners Group clean during holiday breaks, summer, and other times when school is not in session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, The Verity Partners Group is available to provide service in your school year-round.  In addition to janitorial and day porter services throughout the school year, many of our educational clients utilize our services during the summer months and holiday breaks for floor maintenance projects, day camps, deep cleaning services, limited service in areas where staff will be working, and more.  We are always available to discuss your specific needs for the summer term, or holiday breaks, and move forward accordingly.

Conversely,  if you prefer, we can also pause your service when school is not in session, returning once classes resume.
