We understand that holidays are of exceptional importance to your faith community. We are typically available to accommodate a request to provide service on major holidays. Because religious holidays often result in increased usage of your facility, we can easily adjust your service to meet this additional demand.

Because weekends are also a busy time for your building, The Verity Partners Group is able to provide services over the weekend, both on a regular, and as-needed basis; including service before, during, and after weekly services.

While each space is different, base-level cleaning in a worship facility usually includes cleaning high-traffic areas like restrooms, coffee areas, fellowship halls and serving areas, sanctuaries, auditoriums, classrooms, youth centers, conference rooms, and office suites.

Focus in these areas typically entails wiping down and sanitizing touch points (i.e. doorknobs, restroom fixtures, seatbacks, counters, tables, etc.), stocking and thoroughly cleaning restrooms, monitoring carpets for small spots and stains, vacuuming, mopping, general dusting, and trash removal. In sanctuaries and auditoriums, extra consideration will be given to ensuring that floors are free of dirt and debris, and that seating is thoroughly sanitized and checked for papers, candy wrappers, and other litter.

Absolutely. We wish to be of service in the way that is most beneficial to your community. We are happy to function as a supplement to the work of your own cleaning staff, and volunteers. Some communities that choose to utilize us in this manner have staff and volunteers do regular basic cleaning and then have us do a thorough monthly deep clean and sanitation, clean the carpets, and maintain the hard floors. There is really no limit to the ways in which we can help as part of your larger cleaning program.

Even if you don't need us to come in and clean, The Verity Partners Group is available to consult on training your staff and volunteers to ensure the effectiveness of their work, as well as helping you find ways to maximize efficiencies and get the most from your housekeeping budget.

All of our crew members undergo and complete national criminal background check prior to being in your facility. We can also make our crewmembers available to participate in any additional security screenings or safety trainings required by your specific organization. An example would be the Protecting God's Children initiative administered by the Catholic Church, with which we are very familiar. We are also fully bonded and insured.

Our crewmembers serving in worship facilities wear Verity Partners Group branded shirts, and our after-hours paging system is available 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. This paging system allows any unexpected concerns or questions to be quickly addressed by a Verity Partners Group manager, even outside of our regular office hours.
