Janitorial Service

Can take place during the regular business/school day, or after traditional business/school hours.

Focuses an essential cleaning tasks as outlined in our standard Guidelines for Service, performed at pre-determined intervals.

Crew may be asked to arrive during a specific time frame, but service is typically not limited to a certain number of hours.

Tasks usually include standard services such as dusting, vacuuming, cleaning rest rooms and break areas, and restocking paper supplies.
Day Porter

Always takes place during the regular business/school day.

Focuses on continuous cleaning of high traffic areas like restrooms, break areas, waiting rooms, and other parts of the facility that receive high traffic during the day.

Crew typically has a set start and end time and may be limited to a certain number of hours each shift.

While basic tasks may remain the same, day porter service allows for much more flexibility based on day-to-day needs. Daily assignments may include light maintenance projects, anti-viral sanitation services, parking lot monitoring, and other special projects, in addition to cleaning.
Day Porters may serve in conjunction with an in-house janitorial team, Verity Partners Group evening cleaning crew, or function as an independent solution.
